The eHel app requests access to your device’s camera solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes to enable secure web login (similar to WhatsApp Web). We do not capture, store, or transmit any photos or video from your camera. Camera access is only activated when you explicitly initiate a QR code scan.
We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only:
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit and at rest. Health data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring each user can only access their own data.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

eHel is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Family member profiles managed by a parent or guardian are covered under the parent/guardian’s account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of eHel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
